Refund & Return Policy – AUSTERE-NOOSA
Returns
We want you to love your AUSTERE pieces. If you are not fully satisfied, you have the option to return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Important: All returns must be sent as a secured and insured shipment with a valid tracking number.
Returns sent without tracking or insurance will not be accepted.
Returns must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, components, and tags.

Products requiring hygienic standards must be properly cleaned before return.

Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt with supporting evidence.

The return must be safely packaged to avoid transport damage.

Return processing will be completed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition.
How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return instructions.
Important: Please do not return goods to the sender address without instruction.
Important Return & Refund Information

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer free returns.

Exchanges for different sizes are also at the customer's expense.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected and accepted.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days after approval.

Delivery and any premium shipping fees are excluded from refunds.

All returned items must be sent securely with insurance and tracking.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Bundle Discount Return Policy
If you purchased items as part of a bundle discount (e.g., Buy 2 at 10% off, Buy 3 at 15% off, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, etc.):

Partial returns are not permitted when bundles were purchased to receive a discounted price.

If part of a bundle is returned, the discount becomes void, and the kept item(s) will be charged at their original full price.

Your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Returning the complete bundle entitles you to a full refund (excluding shipping).
Cancellation Policy
Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders can only be cancelled within 3 minutes of placement.
If you wish to cancel, please immediately contact us at info@austere-noosa.com with your order number.
If more than 3 minutes have passed, the order will have entered the dispatch system and can no longer be cancelled.
In this case, please wait for delivery and follow the standard return process.
Extended Delivery Times
Our goods are shipped from our international warehouse.
Occasionally, transit times may be longer than expected due to external logistics factors.
Cancellation after dispatch is not possible.
We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon a valid withdrawal, we will refund all eligible payments (excluding shipping costs) promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
No fees will be charged for the refund process.

Additional Return Conditions for Your Security

If the returned parcel shows clear signs of damage caused by improper packaging during shipping, the refund will be refused.

Parcels without valid tracking information will not be processed.

Unauthorised or unsolicited returns sent without prior approval will be rejected.

Items returned beyond the 30-day period without prior agreement will not be refunded.

For hygiene reasons, used personal items (e.g., worn apparel) are not eligible for return unless defective upon receipt.
